SafePaws operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). SafePaws is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. SafePaws is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title transfer to you once the package is handed over to the carrier.

You are responsible for any customs duties or import fees charged by your country.

All content within the Services—including trademarks, text, images, graphics, product reviews, videos, and layout design—is the property of SafePaws or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

SafePaws and Shopify trademarks may not be used without authorization.

SafePaws is powered by Shopify. However, all sales and purchases are made directly between you and SafePaws.

Shopify is not responsible for any issue relating to your purchases. By using the Services, you release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your transactions with SafePaws.

Because Shopify hosts our platform, information you submit may be shared with Shopify and third-party providers, which may operate in other countries.
