Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn/unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at infossafepawss@gmail.com. Please do not send any items back before you receive our confirmation and instructions.

If your return is accepted, we’ll either:

  • Send you a prepaid return shipping label for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, or

  • Provide you with the return address and shipping instructions. In this case, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In most cases, we will ask you to send photo or video evidence of the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom/personalized products

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you have questions about a specific item, contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
For defective or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement at no cost.

European Union – 14-day cooling-off period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs generally fall on the customer unless the item is defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
