Shipping policy

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, high-volume periods), processing may take up to 5 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a tracking email once your order has shipped.

We ship worldwide. Average delivery times are as follows:

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders, which will be displayed at checkout when applicable.


Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear in the system.

If your tracking link shows "in transit," this means your order is actively on its way to you.


Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak holiday periods

SafePaws is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an order is placed with an incorrect address, we are not able to guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once the customer provides a correct address (reshipping fees may apply).


Lost or Stolen Packages

SafePaws is not responsible for packages once they are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If your package is lost or has not updated in tracking for more than 15 business days, please contact us at infossafepawss@gmail.com and we will assist you.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Some countries may charge customs or import duties.
These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer if applicable.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Provide photos or videos of the issue and we will replace or reship your item at no cost.
