A few months before NY2026 I'd been meaning to change the Flea drops to Safe Paws. You know, that little voice in your head and your gut warning you that you need to do something. Well I didn't listen- And then it happened, 4am on New Years Day 2026.. We woke to gutteral sounds, banging and thrashing; we got up and there was our 6 y-o dog Roxi, our baby, having a seizure- a big one.. I've never been so scared in my life. She had three other seizures over two weeks. I've never given her another flea drop since; I ordered Safe Paws almost immediately. It's now May 2026 and she hasn't had another seizure. Her coat looks amazing, she's stopped hacking- like there's something stuck in her throat and she doesn't smell anymore.

I’ve been using SafePaws™ on my Kelpie for about a month now and I’m genuinely happy with it. The natural smell faded after the first day and since then she’s been way more comfortable on our walks—no scratching, no little hitchhikers stuck to her coat. It’s honestly such a relief. There is a light smell when I first opened the tin. A few weeks later, not so much. The bead with all the smells feel out of the holder once luckily I found it intact and was able to put it back in. Can’t say it is helping or not. Can no longer smell it. Not like fleas and ticks can tell me they are repulsed. We’ve been camping a few times. Haven’t found any ticks on our dog.
